My Philosophy:
Students need to gain self-esteem and experience success at a younger age to allow them to pursue their interests and to initiate their own learning. They need the tools to develop their interests and grow intellectually in the fast-paced technological society they are facing. It is incumbent on educators to seek out and provide all the opportunities they can for their students.
