Needs:
Increase the number of computers available to students throughout the day so they are able to spend more time on effective instructional software.
My Philosophy:
My philosophy is to individualize instruction whenever possible. This is very difficult to do with the increased class sizes and limited resources we have in schools today. One way to provide individualized instruction is to give students access to instructional software that advances each student as appropriate and remediates for those who need more instruction in a particular area.

I have been teaching for 23 years. For the first 9 years I was a Special Education Teacher in junior high and high school. Currently I teach elementary school.
