WILSON ELEMENTARY

Class Description:
My classroom is a group of very diverse backgrounds. We have many nationalities at our school that each classroom reflects.
Position:
Teacher
Needs:
These students need exposure to almost everything that I can possibly put in front of them. Our school has a good amount of technology. When it was built, SmartBoards were put every classroom. We all have document cameras, as well...but that is where the money ran out. We are in constant need of more technology, because our students thrive with the more technology that we add. It is also very apparent that the world has changed so much that these students lives will always be submerged in technology. I would like to help them with the current skills they are learning by adding technology to my classroom, and having it available to their hands daily!

Why Do I Teach?:
I love to watch students grow. The light that comes on when they learn something new, just warms my heart. The feeling of helping someone else grow is overwhelming at times...but wonderful!
