Learning targets: Students will use ipads and the Osmo educational games to practice the skills taught in whole group and small group lessons. These lessons cover a variety of topics in Math, Reading, Writing, Coding, and Critical Thinking skills. Students will use hands on, tactile learning materials to practice skills to mastery. Each game is student based, so students are learning at their own pace and level. After the initial instruction on how to operate the ipads and Osmo kits, students will be able to use the kits during their independent work time to continue working towards mastery of skills taught throughout the year. |

Comments |
I currently have the Osmo kits but our ipads are no longer functional. This means students are missing out on being able to practice skills with one of their favorite center activities. |
Cross-Curriculum Ideas |
All activities on the ipad/Osmo kits are multidisciplinary - they are reading, listening, solving problems, communicating with partners, etc. |
Follow-Up |
Students continue to build off previously built skills each time they play |
