Not for English speakersSadly this app only pronounces words in American and not in English. It is a great app but it requires a lot of extra work from parents to correct all the pronunciation errors and explain why they exist. If this app was in English i would give it five stars. I gave it three since there was no mention anywhere when I was buying it that it was in a foreign language.

All sounds are pronounced individually. No blending, diagraphs or dipthongs. Not bad for very beginners, but not much use to struggling older children

5 stars if the word "BED" isn't misspelled on the Make Words game as "BEB". Adding more than 3-letter words would be wonderful, since app is paid for.

kids can buy all of their other apps!"More Games" allows the child to purchase other apps from intellijoy. My 2 year old has known all of his letters and sounds since 18 months but, we have been working almost a year on phonics (using videos, my help, etc.) with no luck. With this game he was sounding out the words within 5 minutes! Some of the words could be better (ram, yak, etc.) since they are not common objects for most 2 year olds & the "Make Words" game pix are poor/unclear (should have audio to tell child what it is).
