Bringing technology to all my students to meet their individual learning needs in the classroom. All of my students come to schools with diverse learning experiences, in order to move them on or above grade level, I will spend much of my year planning strategies and individualized instruction to meet their needs. I will be allowing them the work on 4 of our classroom computers for 20 minuets a week to gain their reading proficiency on Lexia. This is a great program that is individualized for each student's abilities. Only having 4 computers that all 17 students have to share, it is very difficult for the most struggling students to receive ample time for the program to be successful. This money will be used to by student mini iPads to individualize instruction and allow those students additional time to work in their program. Please help my classroom receive technology to move all of my students forward with their learning.
