In need of professional grade cameras for Journalism students in order to gain experience and skills for future employment. Students will use cameras to document events and publish news stories for a student-led online newspaper at a school for at-risk youth. Currently, our school lacks the equipment necessary to compete with other local high schools in the area in a growing technological world. Our at-risk students need this access to bridge the digital divide. Many students in the building are dependents of military parents, and have future plans to serve their country as well.
