We are looking to purchase Breakout EDU kits. These kits are $99/piece. The kits can be used at all grade levels as we can find free instructions or even purchase instruction sets. The goal is to encourage interactive problem solving as students work in groups to figure out the clues to break into the boxes. There are many uses for this in our district. We are seeking to incorporate more STEM activities into the classroom as well as promote cooperative learning and problem solving and these kits would give us the opportunity to embed all of that in our instruction whether it occurs in a counseling class session or a science classroom. The opportunities are endless with these highly engaging kits. We are hoping to purchase 5 kits at $99/piece.
