Our goal as educators in Chardon is to help all students achieve at high levels while engaging in learning as our most important work. In order to provide students with an engaging and learner-centered environment that is differentiated and adaptive to all needs, we must be committed to instructional design and delivery that is suited to students' levels and preferences. Therefore, this project is seeking funding to cover subscription costs for Freckle, a differentiated and adaptive digital content program that provides students with engaging and motivating inquiry experiences in mathematics, English Language Arts, and the sciences. Teachers aim to use student data to plan for individualized lessons supported by the Freckle platform in which students are exposed to deep and critical thinking while working one-to-one with technological devices preparing them for future experiences of employment, enlistment, education, and/or entrepreneurship.
