I have started a new teaching technic for my classroom called Flip teaching. The theory is that you provide a short lecture online then the students come to class and work with the new content with the teacher to clarify and refine their understanding. So far my students have improved their grades by a full letter grade, but one issue I have is that they don't all have equal access to my lectures online. I'd like a set of ipods so the students can check them out from me to do their lectures.
