In a class with 12 students, there are diverse needs in every area of their lives, but for so many of our students with Down Syndrome, Autism and other special needs, this means specialized equipment to meet those needs...We are hoping to create a sensory room that will meet all the students' needs while not breaking the bank..If you know any corporations or businesses that would like to support their local community in a lasting way, please forward this message on to them! We would like to purchase small equipment that would fit in our Sensory Classroom, we have a large swing and a few exercise balls, we would like to expand and add OT equipment that will help our students on a daily basis.
