My name is Christopher Hood and I am the founder of Tru Entertainment or Tru Ent, for short. I founded this company to help keep the youth off the streets by providing them with healthy aspirations and productive activities. As a DJ, singer, photographer, and entrepreneur, I am able to pass on my knowledge in these areas to the future generations so that they are able to build and solidify their own foundations, which is their lives.

Tru Ent. will be having a "Back 2 School Blast" on Saturday, August 17 , 2013. This event is the company’s way of giving back to community and the families who are not able to obtain school supplies due to lack of funds and any other factor that hinders such a thing. I am writing to ask for possible donations to help make this event a successful, fulfilling, and most importantly, and effective one.

Donations consisting of pens, pencils, note book paper, note books, binders, erasers, folders, book bags, rulers, and any other school related supplies would be very much appreciated. If you would like to come and volunteer, that would be appreciated, as well.
