Class Description:
I have 4 Spanish II classes. They will need video cameras for a fashion show and an original commercial. I have 1 AP Spanish class. They do small videos throughout the year. I have 1 Spanish I class which currently does not do a video, but I know I will think of some ways for them to use the flip videos.

About Me:
I live in Cicero with my husband and my 2 cats. I have 2 grown children and a daughter-in-law and granddaughter. All of them are involved in education. I am a Christian and I teach HS Sunday school too.
College and Degrees:
Depauw University- Bachelors, Butler University- Masters
Activities:
I like boating, swimming, skiing (both kinds), watching sports and searching for random things on the internet. I am involved at my church. I LOVE to travel.
Favorite Books:
I like any historical fiction, but especially those about Bible characters.

Interests:
I coached soccer for 25 years, but now I am just a fan of all the kids and all their activities.
Employment History:
I got my degree and then I taught preschool for 14 years before coming to Heights. I have been here 10 years.
Why Do I Teach?:
I love the way teaching Spanish opens up the world for students. Not only does the language allow them to communicate effectively to those from other countries and cultures, it affords them the opportunity to "visit" other countries either physically or through virtual travel.
