Students will watch CSI and the First 48 to get ideas and clues of how forensic science is used. After watching these shows, students will brainstorm ideas of possible crimes. Students would then "pitch" these ideas to the class. Students would get to vote on the best idea.
Students would decide on the job that each student would have. Each student would research the job description of their responsibility. All students will participate in this project.
Based upon these jobs, students will write the script and lay out all components of the episode.
Students will use the video cameras and the digital cameras to shoot the scenes of the episode.
Students must use all the steps of the scientific method.
This lesson will be worked on at least once a week and will be finished the first week of May. |
