Objective: Students will be able to identify healthy goals and healthy behaviors

Materials: laptops for each student

Procedure: The teacher will introduce the lesson by linking to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjMfzWWKRZU , the students will depict healthy choices in the commercial. They will also review this rap song about different healthy foods: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWTYyx6PLZY The students will each be given a laptop computer and instructed to log in the internet. Then the students will go to this website and watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqbuJngahdI and this website http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-muLb7FTkY to blog about the healthy choices being depicted in the video.
