School: Morningside Elementary School, Fort Worth, TX
Planned By: Edwin Valencia
Original Author: Edwin Valencia, Fort Worth
Since my class is KInder Spanish Immersion, all the actrivities will be done 100% in Spanish.

Students will be invited to talk about the planet and its shape the first student will drag a sphere from the resources and expalin what he/she knows about that shape and its relation with tha planet.

They mention different elements such as water, animals, people, plants, planets, etc. They would use the interactive board to drag pictures from the "TOOL FACTORY" and locate them around the globe as a circle map, then they will say why they picked that and the relation with the planet. If a student picks water, all the class will create sound like water and this will be embeded in the picture, if a student picks an animal, the sound will be made by the whole class and also embeded. This will be done with all the pictures around the glove and added to their descripcion. Then we will walk in the school garden to see if the elements they have mentioned are found in the enviroment , and share with the partners some things we can do to protect the Earth . Students will take pictures to embed in the movie.
The outside walk will be recorded in an "Ipod touch" by a student to be and also added to the whole presentation made by the students.
This presentation made using in TOOL FACTORY will serve as a resource for future review of the "Earth Day" and make the required corrections on the technology work done resulted at the end of the entire activity.
