Students write a video game using Scratch. Students will use what they know about narrative writing. Where will the game take place? Who will the main characters be? What is the goal? Who will stand in the way? What will it take to level up? Lose points? What is the climax? How can you win the game?

Once the plan is sketched out students will explore Scratch. They will create their character online and begin creating the game.
