Potter Street Elem School
Class Information:
Room Number: 14
Students per Class: 12
Class Description:
This is a self contained classroom for students with moderate intellectual disabilities. I teach all subject levels in a functional curriculum adding in some state standards.
Position:
special ed teacher
Needs:
This classroom gets many left over or old resources that have been adapted to meet their needs. I am always looking for resources that can be used with a variety of ages as well as abilities.
My Philosophy:
I believe all children can learn at different rates and abilities. Children should be provided with as many opportunities to learn new skills as well as make progress on skills they already know.
