Adventures in Podcasting! Incredible Lesson Plans for Your Classroom - Book/CD Set , $19.95, 12.53% raised
Podcasting Mobile Lab
Educational Mobile Lab Why I need this:
This lab would be invaluable to us in our classroom community. We are in a new school and have the bare minimum, but we do have computers and a few headphones. This lab would allow us to really get serious about podcasting. A small group of our fifth grade is producing school's daily announcements and uploading them on a blog. This lab would allow more students to be involved and improve the podcast quality.
Quantity: 1 Price: $2995.00

We are so excited about podcasting...but we are beginners. This would be a great tool to expand how and what we podcast and also provide a resource for professional development with other staff members.

Employment History:
I have worked in the Everett School District for 15 years. I spent 5 years in middle school teaching 6th grade and then two years with 5th grade. I spent about 6 years working with teachers supporting elementary mathematics professional development and providing and developing online resources. I am now back in the classroom, where I love to be, at a new school teaching 5th graders.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I love to work with children. I am fueled by their creativity, compassion, thinking "outside the box" and their natural inquisitiveness. All students are capable of learning and I enjoy the challenge of supporting them to meet their varied needs.
