As a Teacher who sees all kids in a school the most difficult aspect involves learning names and faces. This lesson involves students and media specialist learning everyone's names and faces in a class when a class comes to the media center.

Kids are arranged in order as per the class list. Individual photos are taken, added to the computer and names are typed in "Last name, First name" where the photo was entitled --??????.jpg.

Photos are cropped and printed, arranged in ABC order and presented to teacher and school data base clerk who agree or disagree on the class composition. Names are added and / or deleted.

Photos are cropped so that they all show the same profile, shoulders up, heads should all be the same size. Retake as needed next class.

Next class after changes are updated the kids can play name recognition guessing games. Retake as needed or update spelling.

When the teachers and data base agree these are the students in each class save as a website so that the photos can be sized and shown on one page, with the title underneath each picture.

These photographic class lists are then distributed to the principal, front office checkout personnel, afterschool monitors, PE / Music / Art teachers, speech teachers, assistant principals, guidance counselors, etc... ,

Teachers can and will request subsequent copies for class projects and for a substitute packet.
