Comments
The students love using the limited number of IPads that we have in the classroom. The students seem to retain complex ideas more by producing presentations, developing commercials, etc with tecnology.
I have examples of finished products that I can send - but need to get photo permission to send them.
I can also send the completed lesson iwith worksheets and rubrics as a word document.
Cross-Curriculum Ideas
The read aloud app helps students to read text that is too difficult. Many of my special education students fit into the regular class by using the IPads to help with communication.
Follow-Up
Using the IPad minis for developing economics cartoons over different economic concepts. Using story telling to give oneshot pictures to tell main ideas from history, literature
Materials: Autism
Other Items: 10 IPad Mini 16GB, $368 each, total of $3680.00
